Do you have a minimum order amount?We have a $ 50.00 minimum on all orders and they must be prepaid by either a credit card or money order, unless you have established Net 30-day credit terms with us.
Do you offer samples?We offer free samples on most of our items; however, we have the right to charge when necessary. All free samples are shipped UPS ground or US Mail. The recipient will pay all freight charges incurred from express shipments.
What method of payment do you accept?We accept Company Check, Credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover), Cod, and wire transfer. All international orders require prepayment via credit card or wire transfer.
What are your hours of operation?Our customer service dept is here to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST Monday - Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Friday
